I'm getting ad-sep'd from the military...how much will this effect my future?

i'm getting admin seperated, oth, from the military. it is not for any reason that is a felony or drug conviction or anything like that. the reason is not bad at all, it's just that i did it a couple times...and i'll leave it at that. lately all i've been hearing is that my future is ******...is this true. i've been in for 3 years, and in my mos for 2, so i've became pretty proficient in it, aviation electrician. i no that i could've gotten a very well job, no problem, with an honorable discharge... how much will this effect my options now?
