Can I get a restraining order against a landlady that is harring me and my family?

My husband is going to be losing his job in September and we will no longer be able to afford to stay in our current home past then. We explained the situation to her, but she is furious about the broken lease situation and misconstrued our written offer to help her find new tenants as some sort of demand. She says she's going to take us to court and calls my house several times a day, rings the doorbell looking for me, and has even called my parents home! How she got my parents' number, I do not know, but they have nothing to do with this. I feel threatened and harred by her, and she lives next door!
