Can you refill a kerosene lamp with lighter fluid?

I just bought and old kerosene lamp. Ironically i have lighter fluid and not kerosene. So i was going to refill fill the lamp with it and wondered "is this safe???" so i looked online with no validated answers so im turning to yahoo answers. help please?
