What Can i do no more Options HELP!!?

Hi people im 19 been wanting to join the army all my life instead met the love of my life online we talked for 5 years she came and lived with me and we were getting on ok Brilliantly then last night she turned round to me and said she was home sick and she is going home and she will be back in a week but she took everything she has out of our room home and i does that sound like she has left me ?? i have been upset all day since 9am (uk Time) And its getting worse soon or later am going to think of a way out! :( please people help me
