How much does a 6" x 50' hose hold?

Hello, I am a Marine Bulk Fuel Specialist and I was curious about one of the hoses we use. The 6 x 50 fuel hose used for pumping fuel. I was curious about how much fuel one would hold at maximum capacity? Suction or Discharge, either or will work. I appreciate all answers. "Semper Fi"
