What is a truly terrifying movie.?

now i don't mean slasher monster or vampire movies. I mean **** in your boxers, sleep with the light on for a week scary. I have never watched a really scary movie i can never find one .. and don't give me clics iv probably seen them. films that are all about tension and jumps like [rec] and the decent. whoever recommends a good horror gets a prize
