Painful urge to move in meditation?

Meditation increases awareness. Meditation is done to control the mind. While you meditate, mind starts playing games. it puts your focus over body discomfort. the only way to come out of this annoying feeling is to keep your meditation regular. slowly these problems will disappear. next time when u feel uncomfortable, relax for few seconds and then continue the practice. best of luck :)
