Is this a good idea for Fable III?

I was disappointed in the house customization feature, you get little selection of furniture. They should let you build your own house on a given lot you purchase in Albion. Not saying it should be like Sims, but let you make it look cool, some wallpapers, window styles, make it look snazzy. They should let you talk to the Mayor or someone and let you post a flyer in town advertising a house party if you want guests over. You should be able to hire a bard to supply music, and go to a baker shoppe for catering. Also, let you get a cat, or a bird, or a cow as a pet. Let you name your house and put a plaque of it over an iron gate in the front of your estate. Also, let you pick any zone to live in. I'd like an old haunted manor.
