Help with l discharge?

ok,so for the past 4 months or so i have had this thick discharge white, and smells god awful. sorry for the details but it smells..like a pungent urine cheesy just dirty smell. i have had normal periods. i have taken azo yeast just in case. I'm not on any anti bio-tics. I just do not know what to do. I have followed basic instructions. Hygiene,non scented soaps loose cotton (breathable) underwear and clothing. nothing is working. its seriously effecting my life and social life. I do not want to go to an OB. so someone PLEASEE help me..i dont understand what is wrong. its extremely embaring and i'm tired of not being able to do what i want to do b/c of this problem. are there any home remedies? things i can buy? without a doctor?
