Can I get into Villanova, UNC, URI, Rutgers, BC, UM, UCONN, or Providence College with a 3.0?

I have a 3.0 at the moment. I am always around 3.0-3.4.....I just wanted to know if this is good enough for colleges like these.. I am a freshman now in high school. I am looking to get more informed so i will be aware until its too late.........
