I don't know what you were expecting? Did you think the cop would just let you go for going 86 in a 60? No attorney would even accept your case. They would just laugh. Pay the fine and let it go.

So let's see you'd be admitting to theft of internet services/leeching/whatever they call it there(it's illegal to use someone else's wi-fi without their permission), hacking, and who knows what with what you did online. You say this law enforcement officer has it in for you and wants to bring you down. Yeah you'd be caught red-handed, this would simply be a confession. Heck this on here is basically a confession to illegal acts if the police read it an believe you are serious.
